Patch 3.1 Ulduar PTR testing, part 9

Two new bosses last night: XT-002 Deconstructor (US) and Razorscale
(EU).
As usual detailed information on:

Both have already been downed, Razorscale seemed to be suffering from
a large amount of bugs. Hopefully they won't be pushovers.
